Biography
Vinayak is a 25-year-old Kho Kho player who was born and brought up in Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He is an All-Rounder who specialises as a Defender. He will be seen safeguarding the castle for Gujarat Giants.
He started playing Kho Kho when he was 9 years old. He says that he will always remember the moment when he got a government job because of Kho Kho. He has played for various Kho Kho teams at different levels which includes My Club Eleven Sangh, Kolhapur, Chhattisgarh and Railways. He has won many medals at the State and National level.
His father is a worker and his mother is a housewife. He loves this sport because it is good for the body and it involves stamina, speed, strength and mind game. He says that Ultimate Kho Kho is a chance for him to become a hero from zero. He likes to encourage junior players, swimming, playing football and hitting the gym. His favourite sportspersons are Sachin Tendulkar, Lionel Messi and Anand Pokarde.
